General Terms and Conditions – Museumplein Ice Rink

General

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”) and Museumplein Ice Rink, operated by 4PM Winter B.V., located at Egelenburg 2, 1081 GK Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

By gaining access to the ice rink, purchasing a ticket, or participating in activities, the Visitor agrees to these general terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to both online purchases through the website and physical visits to the ice rink.

Access & Tickets

Access to the ice rink is only permitted with a valid ticket, admission ticket, ride card, or reservation. Without these documents, access will not be granted.

Tickets are valid for one person per ticket and cannot be transferred.

The QR code on the ticket must be scanned at the entrance using a smartphone or tablet.

Tickets can only be purchased through the official channels of Museumplein Ice Rink. Purchases through third parties are at the Visitor’s own risk.

Payments & Cancellations

Payments must be made in full and in advance through the available payment methods on the website.

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated in the purchase conditions.

In the event of cancellation by the organisation, the amount paid will be refunded, unless the cancellation is caused by force majeure.

Tickets can also be purchased and paid for at the ticket office on location.

Behaviour on the Ice Rink

Visitors must comply with the house rules and instructions from staff at all times.

Smoking, drinking, or eating on the ice rink is not permitted, except in designated areas.

The use of personal skates is permitted, provided they are properly maintained and safe for use on the ice. Speed skates or clap skates are not permitted.

Entering the ice rink is at the Visitor’s own risk. The organisation is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the ice rink.

Photography & Video Material

By entering the ice rink, the Visitor gives permission for photos and videos to be taken in which they may be visible.

This material may be used for promotional purposes by Museumplein Ice Rink and its partners.

Liability

Museumplein Ice Rink is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the Visitor’s personal belongings.

The organisation is not liable for damage or injury caused by the Visitor’s own actions or by failure to comply with the house rules.

Privacy & Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy statement of Museumplein Ice Rink.

Data is used exclusively to facilitate access and communication with the Visitor.

Amendments & Final Provisions

Museumplein Ice Rink reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced through the website.

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the competent court in Amsterdam will have jurisdiction.
